This vacation home is a newly remodeled, adorable 2 bedroom and 2 bath that will sleep 5-6 with an additional Queen blow up bed.
There is a beautiful resort like backyard with a LARGE Saltwater heated/cooled pool with a baja sun shelf and perfect for a VolleyBall net! We try to maintain the pool temp year round at a very comfortable temp and we don't up-charge for this.
The completely remodeled open-concept, fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and opens up to the dining area with a table and 6 chairs. Off of the living room, guests can enjoy outdoor dining on a spacious private deck. There is also a gas BBQ grill near the pool. Many beach amenities provided for your convenience such as chairs, coolers, umbrellas, floats, toys, towels, etc.
A Full size washer/dryer easily is easily accessible on the main level.
The master bedroom has a king size pillow top mattress and the guest bedroom has a queen. Both have large new flat screen TVs, dressers, double nightstands, TVS, alarm clocks, ceiling fans and plenty of closet space. Both have their own private bathrooms with a newly remodeled master walk-in shower!
The duplex is located 2 miles from the beaches of Anna Maria, and less than a block to the bus stop. It is also conveniently near several grocery stores, IMG Academy, a movie theater, bowling alley, putt-putt and regular golf courses, fishing, water sports, local entertainment and more. Within walking distance (1 block) of the Cortez Clam Factory with the best seafood around!
This vacation property offers everything you need for that well deserved relaxing get-away!

The property is well groomed, clean and comfortable. This is our 2nd time staying here and we will be coming back. The house itself is very clean and nicely decorated. The back pool is a dream! Becky and Daryl are amazing hosts. The house is also perfectly located.

Becky and Daryl's place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with more items than we've experienced at other rentals on the island. When you have a late flight in, it was nice to be able to have a cup of coffee in the morning before heading out to shop for the week! We chose to stay off the island this year for a quieter location and privacy of the pool. The pool is so wonderful, private and above all.....heated and cooled year round. Becky and Daryl aim to please and you won't be sorry enjoying this wonderful rental!

Great place, great access, great pool, great owners! We enjoyed our stay here - the owners greeted us. Anything we needed, they provided! The pool was heated (at no extra charge) and was perfect for the weather we had (low 60's as highs). The backyard is a great size for hanging out and cooking on the grill or there are a bunch of great restaurants within 10-15 minute drive. We didn't make it to the beach around the corner, but the house has everything you need for the trip - another nice touch and bonus! Everything looks new and the house was very, very clean. Worked out much better than a hotel. 5 stars from us! Great job Becky and Daryl! Can't wait to come back.
